Primary Responsibilities
- Draft a monthly editorial plan for Instagram, including creating engaging posts and stories
- Create English-language content that is engaging, original and meets the brand’s marketing and communication goals
- Adapt the tone and style of writing to the characteristics of the brand and its target audience
- Work closely with the Senior Social Media Manager to understand brand guidelines, communication strategy, and specific goals for social media content
- Meet deadlines and ensure timely delivery of content
- Be open to receiving feedback and making changes to content as directed
Your skills
- Native English speaker with excellent written language skills
- Proven experience in writing content for social media, particularly Instagram, preferably for the beauty/lifestyle industry
- In-depth knowledge of social media dynamics and trends, with a focus on Instagram
- Creativity in generating original ideas for engaging and innovative posts and stories
- Ability to adapt one’s writing style to the needs of the brand and target audience
- Excellent time management skills and adherence to deadlines
- Aptitude for freelance work, with the ability to work independently and coordinate with the Senior Social Media Manager
